The Portland Water Bureau is offering classes on how it balances dual demands on the Bull Run waters providing drinking water and serving as fish habitat.
"Water for Fish, Water for People -- The Story of Salmon and Our Drinking Water" will look at the effects of the drinking water system on native salmon and strategies to restore habitat in the Bull Run River and throughout the Sandy River basin.
